Under Construction: I-49 Outer Road Conversion

More than 90,000 drivers pass through Grandview on I-49 every day. Crews are working right now on one of the biggest economic development projects in the City’s history: converting the I-49 Outer Roads from one-way traffic to two-way traffic. This $15 million project will improve driver access and make it more inviting for businesses.

Main Street Improvement Project

Completed Projects: Main Street Improvement Project (2014-2016) $6.1 Million

Grandview’s $6.1 million, four-phase Main Street Improvement Project along the .6 mile stretch into the heart of Downtown Grandview is often seen as the catalyst for recent growth and won a 2016 Mid-America Regional Council SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS STORY honor and also won a 2016 Crown Communities Award from American City & County magazine.
